What To Look For In Your Anti Aging Skincare Products

Skin care products are vital for the health and wellness of your skin. Therefore it is very important that you know what goes into the making.

Premature aging is one of the major concerns regarding skin. The skin starts to sag and develop undue wrinkles and fine lines appear on the face. This is because the collagen levels in our body begin to decline and the skin loses its former elasticity. Actually, collagen proteins are fibrous in nature. Owing to its great tensile strength, it makes the skin firm. As the collagen production decreases, the skin becomes less firm and starts to develop wrinkles and fine lines. Similarly the elastin protein which is responsible to regain the original position of the skin after it has been stretched declines.

You need a skin care product that not only fills up facial lines and wrinkles but gets absorbed by the skin and stimulates the production of collagen and elastin within.

The key to select the right skin care product is not just by looking at the list of ingredients but also noticing their concentration levels. Here are some important ingredients that you should look out for:

Collagen
It will be very tempting to buy a product that can supplement collagen proteins to your skin and compensate for the lost ones. However, the fact is collagen molecules are too big to be able to penetrate the skin surface.
Select a product that has ingredients which work to stimulate the production of collagen within the skin as apposed to having a collagen in them.

Phytessence Wakame
Found in the Japanese Sea, Phytessence Wakame is one of the exotic breeds. It prevents a harmful enzyme called hyaluronidase that is supposed to block the hyaluronic acid levels in the skin. Hyaluronic acid is what supplies collagen and elastin fibers with a glue to hold them together.

Cynergy TK
Cynergy TK is responsible for stimulating the production of collagen within the skin. By promoting the re-growth of collagen and elastin fibers, it makes the skin more firm and supple.

CoQ10
It refers to Coenzyme Q10, a vitamin like substance in your body that promotes healthy skin. Being an antioxidant, it fights off free radicals that cause damage to the body cells and skin.

However, as age sets in, the level of CoQ10 depletes in our body and the natural immune system weakens. As a results free radicals get to attack body cells and damage their structure altogether.

CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant. A lot of skin damage and aging come from free radicals wreaking havoc in our body's cells. CoQ10's antioxidant ability can counter these free radicals before damage occurs. One form of CoQ10 called Nano-Lipobelle H-EQ10 is a unique 'nano-emulsion' form of the former and is able to penetrate the deep layers of the skin, something that is not possible for others.
